which include the Ring Master machine with various options such as
Instructional Videos and/or accessories for the Ring Master item.

and project specific how-to information .
Level 2 Support is for Ring Master items purchased elsewhere, such as
from PNI, Ebay, used, or from others, who generally offer either limited
or no product support.
Support Level 2 includes the following:

Telephone and email generic sales information on the
suitability of items sold by The Wooden Post for use with the Ring
Master machine.
