Help In Placing Order
If you need help placing an
order, the following information should assist you.
Here is how the ordering process works:
- After completing the requested information, the order
confirmation page will show a
"Confirm" button.
- Click on the "Confirm" to send the order.
- An email
confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address.
- When you receive the confirmation email you know that your order has been
completed.
Here's where to look for issues and answers:
- If required information has been left out, you will not
get the "Confirm Order" button.
- You will get a message that there is some missing
information to be completed.
- An item such as "Business Name" may not be applicable
to you and if so then please answer with "N/A," "NONE," or "Personal Only."
- For your protection, your credit card
CVV2 # is required for us to process your order
even if you check the "Call for Credit Card Information." See

These four items seem to be the issues for most people,
but the entries are required by the computer, and are not optional. (Sorry, we
can not change these customer protection policy items. )
A note about credit card ordering -
The credit card issuers now require what is commonly known as the
CVV2 # from your credit card. The
CVV2 # is a 3 digit number found on the back of
your credit card in the signature panel. This has caused some confusion since
the signature panel shows several numbers. Only the
last three digits in the number sequences make up the CVV2
# which is now required in order to process
credit card orders.
